Chalayan gets his mojo back

I have always admired Hussein Chalayan and thoroughly enjoyed the retrospective at London’s Design Museum a couple of years ago. I don’t know another designer who makes simplicity look so luxurious and beautiful. In recent years I have been less taken with his collections; they were disjointed and didn’t reflect Chalayan’s potential he is so known for.

Well, he’s just shown in Paris for F/W and here are just some of the highlights of a wearable, beautiful and consistent collection. Most of all, I just think it’s the most exciting collection this year.
